VAN Service

Our VAN Service provides the fastest and most stable payment data highway connecting merchants and financial institutions (card companies).

Beyond traditional offline terminal communication, we support an integrated payment environment blurring the lines between online and offline through EasyTalkPay (a non-face-to-face payment solution) and the Simple Payment Approval API for O2O platforms.

📱 1. EasyTalkPay

EasyTalkPay is a non-face-to-face payment solution that allows you to collect payments immediately by sending a payment link (URL) to the customer's smartphone, even without a physical card terminal.

  • Send AlimTalk: If you know the customer's mobile number, you can send a payment request bill (Kakao AlimTalk).
  • No App Needed: Customers can pay via their card company's app card with a single link click, without installing a separate app or signing up.
  • Real-time Collection Check: You can check payment history and estimated deposit information via EasyShop (Merchant Sales Management Site).

📝 Usage Process

A process where the developer directly implements EasyTalkPay payment functions within their own program (ERP, POS, App, etc.).

1️⃣ Business Consultation & Contract (KICC HQ ↔ Developer)

  • Consult on introduction schedule and fees with KICC HQ Sales Representative.
  • Sign a business partnership agreement.

2️⃣ Function Development (Developer)

🛑 Mandatory Items for Development

The following 3 consent procedures MUST be included in the program:

  1. Terms of Service
  2. Consent to Collection and Use of Personal (Credit) Information
  3. Consent to Provision of Personal (Credit) Information to Third Parties

3️⃣ Registration & Launch (KICC Agency)

  • Once development is complete, proceed with merchant registration via a KICC Agency.
  • Service launches upon completion of KICC Back-office Ledger Registration and EasyTalkPay Configuration.
  • (Note: BC Card requires a separate review before launching)

🚀 2. Simple Payment VAN Approval API

A RESTful-based API service that allows direct requests for VAN approval in various client environments such as Kiosks, POS, and Mobile Apps.

Without needing to implement complex message (ISO-8583) standards directly, you can integrate credit card approval and cancellation functions via a JSON-based intuitive API.
